Welcome to SuiteFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SuiteFlow's web applications, desktop applications, mobile applications, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About SuiteFlow

SuiteFlow is a business management platform for hospitality and related operations, including hotel management, inventory, HR, and related modules. The Service is operated by SuiteFlow ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate registration and business information and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted in writing.
  • Upload malware or content that infringes third-party rights.

4. Your Content & Business Data

You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of Customer Data and for obtaining any consents required for guest or employee information you store.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans, if any, are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase or in your agreement with us. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for renewing subscriptions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by SuiteFlow or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you other than a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service as permitted.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (for example payment providers or hosting). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuiteFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or for prolonged non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
